




Job Summary: Professional responsible for financial and budgetary management of facilities, focused on process optimization, internal customer satisfaction, and contractual control. Monitoring third-party contracts and developing departmental policies Job Responsibilities: Perform financial and budgetary management of the department, generating KPIs and dashboards; Verify payment entries and carry out necessary corrections; Develop departmental KPIs; Monitor internal customers’ satisfaction levels regarding Facilities services and propose improvements and service standardization, always focusing on the end user; Execute, monitor, and control administrative activities for unit maintenance and upkeep; Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by third parties through monitoring and documentary analysis; Develop and monitor departmental policies and regulations. Job Requirements: Previous experience in facilities management; Contract management expertise; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Completed undergraduate degree; SAP and Power BI knowledge preferred.
