We collaborate dynamically and with great autonomy, valuing ideas, agility, and the drive to make things happen. **Job Description:** You will gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing metrics, creating ads, and developing conversion strategies. It is a dynamic environment offering substantial learning opportunities and rapid results. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the setup, management, and optimization of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platform campaigns. * Assisting with metric analysis and preparing performance reports. * Creating and testing creatives and ads for various channels. * Researching trends, tools, and opportunities to improve results. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. * **Interest in learning about paid traffic and performance marketing.** * Basic understanding of AI tools applied to marketing. * **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.** * Analytical ability to interpret data. * **Intermediate English proficiency or higher (required for reading, comprehension, and communication).** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads. * Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). * Interest in sales funnels and conversion strategies. **If you’re passionate about performance marketing, paid traffic, and data analysis, this role is for you!** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Compensation:** Initial R$600.00; after 3 months, the intern transitions into a growth track within the agency.
