Job Summary: Administrative/Commercial Internship focused on administrative routines, data control, customer service, and operational interface. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial customer service and supervision of external promoters **Working Hours:** 09:00 to 16:00 (\+ 1-hour lunch break) **Main Responsibilities** * Commercial administrative routine * Entering orders into the system * Filling out and updating control spreadsheets * Organizing contracts, proposals, and commercial documents * Administrative follow-up of orders (status, invoicing, and delivery) * Supporting commission control and monitoring of commercial targets **Control, Data, and Reporting** * Preparing and updating sales reports * Updating commercial indicators (sales by period, customer, and product) * Assisting in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports * Consolidating sales data for presentation to coordination * Maintaining records of negotiations and price adjustments **Customer Service** * Telephone and WhatsApp business communication * Recording and tracking requests and complaints * Managing the commercial schedule (meetings, visits, and activities) **Operational Interface / Promoters** * Supervising external promoters * Reviewing photos submitted to verify service delivery and customer interactions * Assisting with dispatch and tracking of materials, promotional items, or products **Requirements:** * Strong willingness to learn * Proactivity and responsibility * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Currently enrolled in or having completed a Technical or Undergraduate program in Administration, Commerce, or related fields * Preferred residence in **Mogi das Cruzes** Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$800.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Mandatory)
