Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer corporate benefits plans (health, dental, life insurance, transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, private pension, among others), ensuring compliance, contractual updates, and high-quality service to employees. * Manage, maintain, and verify processes related to benefits integrated into payroll, ensuring accurate monthly recording and calculation. * Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reports on benefits costs, utilization, and trends, using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for analysis and presentations. * Maintain direct interface with suppliers, service providers, and consulting firms, leading negotiations, contract updates, and resolution of operational requests. * Provide consultative support to employees, managers, and internal departments regarding benefits policies, rules, and usage. * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, benchmarking exercises, and reviews of benefits policies, focusing on competitiveness and employee experience. * Align activities with global practices and deliver communications and presentations in English when required (reading, writing, and speaking). **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience with payroll subsystems; Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Willingness to work onsite in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
