Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic FP&A Analyst to lead financial and business projects using agile methodologies, with focus on new products, pricing, and financial scenario modeling. Support for leadership and evolution of the technology and payment methods portfolio. ### **About the Position** We seek an FP\&A Analyst to strategically drive **financial and business projects**, applying **agile methodologies**, with emphasis on **new product development, pricing analysis, and financial scenario construction**. This role is cross-functional, supporting leadership in decision-making and the evolution of the product portfolio within a dynamic technology and payments environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **FP\&A projects** using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar); * Conduct **economic and financial feasibility studies for new products**, services, and business models; * Develop **pricing models**, margin analyses, and profitability assessments by product; * Build and analyze **financial scenarios** to support strategic decision-making; * Support prioritization and resource allocation jointly with business, product, and technology teams; * Perform financial and operational performance analyses with a project- and product-oriented perspective; * Prepare executive materials and recommendations for leadership and the board; * Drive continuous improvement of FP\&A processes to enhance agility, predictability, and information quality. ### **Required Technical Qualifications** * Prior experience in FP\&A, financial planning, or related areas; * Experience leading projects using agile methodologies; * Experience with new product analysis, pricing, and financial modeling; * Strong analytical capability and scenario-building skills; * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with non-finance teams. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in payment intermediation, acquiring, sub-acquiring, or fintechs; * Knowledge of credit flows, receivables discounting, interest-free installment plans, payment splitting, or funding; * Experience with unit economics of payment methods (MDR, take rate, CAC, LTV); * Experience in high-volume transactional environments; * Familiarity with BI tools and report automation. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical, structured, and results-oriented; * Agile mindset focused on delivery; * Business acumen combined with financial discipline; * Proactive in driving projects and proposing solutions; * Strong communication and influence skills.
