That is why we constantly seek new talents ready to make a difference alongside us. #### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Responsible for operational management of marketplaces; * Ensure catalog performance and availability; * Meet SLAs; * Oversee the entire store launch process, coordinating with departments, requesting equipment, and training the operational team; * Clarify operational queries, handle customer issues, and prioritize support tickets; * Liaise with internal and external partners; * Manage e-commerce platform; * Perform routine process maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, and variable). #### **Required Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Systems Analysis and Development, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role is required; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
