Experience with accounting closing and financial statements We are selecting an Accounting and Tax Analyst: **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (mandatory) * Active CRC registration * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (desirable) **Professional Experience** * Solid experience in the accounting field, with hands-on involvement in management reporting. **Experience with:** * Monthly and annual accounting closing * Preparation and analysis of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) * Budgetary control * Cost and profitability analysis * Management reports and performance indicators (KPIs) * Support for internal and external audits * Familiarity with current tax and accounting legislation **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in accounting standards * Knowledge of tax planning * Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI or similar) * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Oracle, Protheus or similar) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
