Training and continuous updates **Job Description** We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** to handle accounting routines for **private schools**, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, analysis, and monthly closing, in compliance with accounting standards and current legislation. This professional will play a strategic role in supporting decision-making, ensuring the quality of accounting information delivered to clients and standardizing internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform accounting entries, classifications, and reconciliations * Execute and review the **monthly accounting closing** * Analyze trial balances, general ledger, and financial statements * Support tax calculation and fiscal verification * Deliver and review ancillary accounting obligations (ECD, ECF, among others) * Verify financial transactions, payroll, and taxes integrated into accounting * Attend to and advise client schools on accounting matters * Support audits, inspections, and internal requests * Ensure compliance with deadlines and legal requirements * Suggest improvements to accounting processes **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences **completed or in progress** * Prior experience as an Accounting Analyst or in a similar role * Knowledge of accounting routines and monthly closing * Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation * Experience with accounting systems (**Proficiency is a plus**) * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical mindset and critical thinking * Commitment to meeting deadlines * Strong communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Teamwork **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **accounting for private schools** * Experience working in accounting firms * Knowledge of integration among accounting, tax, and payroll departments **What We Offer** * Professional and collaborative work environment * Opportunity for growth and development * Training and continuous updates * Market-competitive benefits Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
