Identification and resolution of faults to preserve units **EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED.** Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of building services in areas including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, doors, windows, flooring, cladding, partitions, and other items within completed units and structures. General building maintenance activities, identifying and locating defects in installations, preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic, hydrosanitary, painting, and masonry systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations; * Work in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, doors, windows, flooring, cladding, and partitions; * Repair hydraulic and hydrosanitary networks; * Perform painting, masonry, and minor structural repairs; * Identify and resolve faults in installations, ensuring preservation and proper operation of completed units; * Support maintenance of equipment and furniture; * Assist with gardening and landscaping tasks when necessary; * Supervise third-party service providers to ensure correct execution of work; * Perform simple welding and adjustments on metal structures; * Contribute to organization, cleanliness, and safety in maintenance areas; * Suggest improvements to optimize maintenance processes. **Requirements:** Completed High School Education, Experience in the role, Proactivity and organization in performing tasks.
