




Job Summary: A professional responsible for prospecting new condominiums, managing the portfolio, planning and executing sales and events, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and guiding customers. Relationship management with building managers, property management companies, and construction firms Conduct daily visits to prospect new condominiums and maintain the portfolio; Plan and execute sales and event initiatives in partnership with condominiums; Update CRM and maintain relationships with building managers, property management companies, and construction firms; Represent the company at trade fairs, general meetings, and strategic meetings; Provide guidance to customers and direct them to appropriate support channels.
