




Job Summary: Professional responsible for supporting building managers, residents, and service providers by clarifying inquiries, registering requests, and assisting with condominium management. Continuous improvement of customer service processes * Provide in-person, telephone, WhatsApp, and email support to building managers, residents, and service providers; clarify questions regarding payment slips, condominium fees, meetings, and internal regulations; register and track requests, ensuring prompt and effective responses; assist condominium management in organizing administrative tasks; act as a liaison between the condominium and internal departments (finance, legal, operations); contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes; conduct meetings. * High school diploma completed (college degree is a plus); prior experience in customer service, preferably in the service sector; strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and conciseness; proficiency in using customer service systems and tools; proactivity, empathy, and problem-solving ability; organizational skills and attention to detail.
