




Job Summary: Customer Relationship Analyst to handle customer service and follow-up of technical assistance requests during the post-construction phase, as well as relationship management. Supporting customer relationship initiatives and satisfaction surveys A construction company is seeking a Customer Relationship Analyst in Goiânia (Bueno District). **Responsibilities:** Handle customer service and follow-up of technical assistance requests during the post-construction phase. Register, monitor, and update service requests in the CRM, ensuring complete and traceable information. Serve as the main point of contact between customers, building managers, construction companies, and post-construction teams. Monitor and enforce deadlines (SLA) for inspections, repairs, and completions. Maintain clear and continuous communication with customers and building managers throughout the entire process. Formalize service denials based on technical opinions, where applicable. Ensure proper closure of service requests, including Completion Certificates and satisfaction surveys. Compile service reports, performance indicators, and customer satisfaction results. Support relationship-building activities with delivered condominiums and satisfaction surveys. Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Customer Relationship Coordinator, Customer Experience Consultant, or Customer Support Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
