Therefore, we need people who wish to continuously develop and have a strong desire to expand and discover new potentials! **Your Responsibilities and Challenges Will Include:** * Condominium control, payment, and management; * CRM handling to address client inquiries regarding condominium fees; * E\-law handling to address legal requests; * Daily communication with condominium syndics and management companies; interface with regional offices alongside QPE and Engineering departments; SAP posting of condominium bill payments. **Requirements and Additional Information:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or Technology degree (Administration, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management Technology, or Managerial Processes Technology) (mandatory); * Professional experience in finance or contracts (mandatory); * Proficiency in Excel (mandatory); * Team-oriented mindset; * Practical CRM knowledge preferred; * Practical SAP knowledge preferred; * On-site work required in Belo Horizonte; * Employment Type: PJ (client-based assignment); * Temporary contract.
