Valuing employees, customers, and commercial partners guides our efforts toward better service, pursuing innovation, continuous development, and value creation for all stakeholders. **Caring closely to go further.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage inbound transportation and transfer operations; * Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and service level agreements (SLA); * Monitor routes, incidents, and real-time performance via the Transportation Control Tower; * Define routing strategies and load optimization; * Implement, structure, and manage the Transportation Control Tower; * Ensure end-to-end visibility of logistics operations; * Monitor operational KPIs in real time; * Manage contingency plans and incident resolution; * Integrate information among distribution centers, carriers, customers, and internal departments; * And other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management is desirable. * Solid experience in transportation management, distribution, and/or logistics operations. * Experience with Logistics Control Towers; * Experience in large-scale companies or high-volume operations; * Experience managing carriers and contracts; * Knowledge and skills in Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) transportation operational processes; * Experience in cost control, route optimization, and route understanding; * Practical ability to assess and identify opportunities for improvement across the logistics chain. **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the company; * Meal Voucher / Basic Food Basket; * Dental care assistance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Pharmacy network; * Educational platform; * Educational incentives; * My Day; * And others. **\#JOINNAZÁRIA** and learn more about us We are part of Grupo Jorge Batista, which has, for 70 years, served the Northeast (all states) and North (Amapá, Pará, and Tocantins) regions with dedication, excellence, and responsibility, supplying high-quality products to the market. **Market leader in its operating states, Nazária Distribuidora is considered one of the main economic groups in Brazil’s North and Northeast regions**. *We strive to deliver quality products and services to our customers and partners.
