Job Summary: We are seeking a general services assistant passionate about gastronomy to perform cleaning and kitchen support duties, ensuring the environment remains organized and hygienic. Your main responsibilities will be: * Clean the dining area before and after meals; * Sanitize walls, kitchen floors, and countertops; * Clean cold rooms, freezers, and storage areas; * Clean restrooms, doors, and windows; * Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant’s and Serlares’ kitchen’s external areas; * Collect garbage and dispose of it properly according to selective waste collection guidelines; * Sanitize trash bins and replace bags as needed; * Complete the cleaning checklist and sign the work sheet; * Perform general cleaning of the kitchen and equipment; * Restock and replace coffee bottles; * Support meal production in sandwich assembly and meal packaging; * Prepare juices upon request; * Weigh food waste for food waste control.
