Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for approaching customers, collecting and delivering goods, verifying fiscal documentation, and organizing cargo in the truck, performing duties with courtesy and efficiency. Position eligible for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). **Purpose of the Role** Approach customers for goods collection and delivery, receive and verify fiscal documentation, and store cargo in the truck. **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school Skills: Productivity capacity, organization, interpersonal relationship, agility, attention, and comprehension of tasks **Desirable Competencies** Completed high school; residence near California neighborhood. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load vehicles for goods delivery; * Approach customers courteously and professionally, correctly identifying oneself and announcing the service; * Verify goods and collection/delivery documentation; * Request receipt and documentation for delivered and/or collected goods; * Assist by answering the driver’s mobile phone for general information; * Maintain the internal workplace environment organized and clean; * Update the driver on the itinerary whenever receiving calls for new services; * Mark goods according to the fiscal document at the time of collection; * Contact the company in case of doubts or non-conformities; * Assist the driver with street maneuvers; * Perform arrangement, securing, and tarping; * Provide internal and external support as required by the company; * Attend company-mandated training and refresher courses; * Actively participate in Total Quality Management processes. **Salaries and Benefits** Competitive salary, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, dental plan, profit-sharing program, attendance bonus.
