Job Summary: A PPCP professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production to optimize processes and reduce costs, working collaboratively across multiple departments. Collaborative environment with interface between production and logistics departments. **IN-PERSON** -------------- **CLT** ------- **FORTALEZA, CE** ----------------- **R$ 5\.000** ------------- **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, schedule, and control production according to demand, production capacity, and material availability. * Develop, monitor, and revise the **Master Production Schedule (MPS)**. * Issue, control, and track production orders, ensuring deadlines, volumes, and quality. * Monitor and control inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, and finished goods). * Analyze production performance indicators (OTIF, lead time, efficiency, plan adherence, etc.). * Work collaboratively with **Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales** departments. * Identify production bottlenecks and propose process improvements. * Support production capacity planning (machines, personnel, shifts). * Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system. * Contribute to cost reduction, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields**. * Proven experience in **PPCP** within an industrial environment. * Solid knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and capacity analysis. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience with **ERP systems** (TOTVS, SAP, Protheus, or similar). * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in medium- or large-scale manufacturing industries. * Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement**. * Experience with S&OP. * Prior experience managing industrial KPIs and efficiency improvement projects. **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Systemic vision and critical thinking. * Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions. * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and focus on continuous improvement. * Organizational skills and resilience to manage multiple concurrent demands.
