Key Responsibilities: + Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and sales growth; + Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand priorities and develop initiatives aligned with goals; + Manage the marketing funnel, ensuring lead generation, nurturing, and qualification; + Create, analyze, and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.); + Plan and execute inbound marketing strategies, including automation and targeted content; + Produce and manage content for social media, landing pages, corporate materials, and announcements; + Coordinate requests, deadlines, and deliverables with the marketing agency; + Support endomarketing calendar initiatives; + Organize and produce materials for trade fairs and events, when necessary. Requirements: + Prior experience as a Marketing Analyst, with a focus on performance and lead generation; + Ability to self-manage, organize, and prioritize tasks; + Knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, and marketing automation tools; + Experience with platforms such as RD Station, HubSpot, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in marketing automation and digital marketing innovation.
