This person will be responsible for daily customer support, primarily via WhatsApp and group chats, ensuring clarity, prompt response, and effective follow-up on requests. **Responsibilities** * Provide daily customer support via WhatsApp and group chats; * Respond to questions, requests, and guidance related to product usage; * Support initial customer onboarding, following established processes and guidelines; * Track requests and escalate to the relevant team when necessary; * Maintain organized records of information, support status, and logs; * Ensure consistent communication standards, courtesy, and clarity in all interactions; * Support the product team in day-to-day operational activities. Requirements: **Education** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Competencies** * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Aptitude for customer service; * Sense of priority and accountability; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Skills** * Customer support (Customer Support); * Communication via WhatsApp and digital channels; * Task organization and request tracking; * Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and digital tools; * Familiarity with paid traffic operations and ad accounts (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in customer service or support; * Previous exposure to paid traffic, digital marketing, or paid media operations; * Familiarity with Meta Ads, Business Manager, or ad accounts.
