Responsibilities: – Administrative Support: Assist in managing administrative processes and tools, maintaining updated records in CRM systems and sales reports. – Order and Inventory Tracking: Assist in tracking sales orders, monitoring delivery deadlines and inventory levels, and ensuring accurate data entry into systems. – Meeting Participation: Attend alignment meetings with the sales team and other company departments to ensure efficient execution of sales activities. – Report Creation and Updates: Support the preparation of reports and collection of data for sales team performance analysis. – Proposal and Documentation Assistance: Assist in formatting and organizing commercial proposals, contracts, and required documentation, including support for participation in government tenders. – Customer Service: Provide basic customer support by responding to emails and inquiries regarding order status and sales processes. – Internal Team Support: Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the sales team to ensure smooth information flow and operational progress. Requirements and Qualifications: – Intermediate Excel proficiency. – Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. – Dynamic and proactive. – Strong sense of urgency.
