




Job Summary: The professional will make the initial contact with leads, understand their educational needs, present solutions, negotiate enrollments, maintain relationships, and utilize a CRM. Technical Knowledge *Mandatory: **Prior sales experience (preferably in Inside Sales, Sales Analyst, Customer Relations, or commercial support roles).** Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.** Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business. Desirable: **Previous sales experience in the education sector.** Familiarity with online courses (EAD) and e-learning platforms. **Basic knowledge of consultative selling techniques (e.g., SPIN Selling, Rapport building, handling objections).** **During the behavioral assessment, candidates with a Persuasive profile will be prioritized.** Job Responsibilities\***Initiate contact with leads generated through digital campaigns, website, and social media.** Understand the lead’s profile and needs to offer the most suitable educational solution. **Clearly present courses, formats, pricing, benefits, and institutional differentiators.** Negotiate terms and guide the process to enrollment closure. **Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain relationships with leads at various stages of the sales funnel.** Use CRM tools to record activities and monitor the sales funnel. **Meet conversion, productivity, and service quality targets.** Responsibilities\* **Identify and understand leads’ needs.** * Present courses with an emphasis on conversion and personalization. * Negotiate and close enrollments efficiently. * Provide support and follow-up via WhatsApp, phone, and chat. * Manage the sales funnel within the CRM. * Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs. * Deliver remote customer service with empathy, agility, and excellence.
