Performance analysis and educational strategies *\#BeUnitec* **Location:** Curitiba PR Job Description: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service and reception. * Course sales, enrollment processing, and portfolio management. * Customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and in person. * Updating internal systems to activate candidates. * Analyzing performance reports to identify potential customers. * Monitoring updates in the education sector and developing strategies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in educational institutions. * Completed high school or higher education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in customer service. * Experience in sales. * Experience in an educational institution is preferred. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a 1-hour break; Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Job Type:** * Fixed salary + bonuses + transportation allowance (VT) + meal allowance (VR). * Full-time, permanent CLT contract.
