Opportunity Description: \- Responsible for the IT department, participating in projects and supporting colleagues in the area; \- Provide remote or on-site IT support to users; \- Responsible for user support according to documented procedures, aiming to resolve tickets within agreed timeframes; Prerequisites: \- Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Informatics or higher education degree in IT, or proven solid experience in the field. \- Experience as a support analyst. Main Skills: \- Technical knowledge: proficiency in hardware and diagnostic tools; \- Ability to work independently and make on-site decisions; \- Customer and technical team interaction skills; \- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations or equipment; \- Preventive maintenance: knowledge to perform regular equipment maintenance.
