Your mission at SICREDI IBIRAIARAS RS/MG will fall under the Communications and Marketing area and will focus on supporting the implementation and development of the **Juntos Program**, monitoring and developing strategies to promote the **Sicredi Shopping**, and overseeing and executing actions to enhance the **Member Experience**. On a day-to-day basis, you will carry out the following activities: Develop and refine the Juntos Program, ensuring its execution, performance tracking, and implementation of continuous improvements. Manage the Sicredi Shopping platform, ensuring product and service updates, as well as coordinating campaigns and initiatives to increase member usage of the platform. Drive member experience initiatives, identifying opportunities for journey improvement, implementing actions that strengthen relationships and deliver added value. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. Availability to work in Ibiraiaras/RS or Uberaba/MG. Willingness to travel across state lines; Analytical capability; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams; Excellent communication and public speaking skills; Proactivity.
