**Job Description:**
Propose, monitor, and implement improvements and standardizations in infrastructure processes across projects, applying principles from WCM and Lean Construction methodologies, under the guidance of the Process Engineering team.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Ensure compliance with management standards at the Basic Management Unit (UGB);
* Propose improvements (Kaizens) focused on cost, productivity, and quality;
* Monitor infrastructure cycles to optimize resources;
* Conduct chronometric analysis and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents;
* Support the development and training for new projects and layouts;
* Disseminate best practices among operational teams (GAs);
* Perform technical tests at the unit and prepare monitoring reports;
* Collaborate with Process Engineering in the Standardization Committee.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering (from the 5th semester onward);
* Minimum of 6 months of experience in civil construction.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
**Work Schedule:**
* Monday to Friday;
* 44 hours per week.

Compensation: R$3.589,49 per month
