Its headquarters is located in Belo Horizonte/MG, and its client portfolio includes public institutions across the entire national territory, with regional offices in João Pessoa/PB, Macaé/RJ, Montes Claros/MG, Passos/MG, and São Luís/MA. **Job Responsibilities** * Participate in training sessions on public health management systems implemented by the company across all healthcare facilities of municipal clients. * Provide support assistance to clarify operational questions arising from the use of the management software. * Demonstrate appropriate management practices tailored to daily challenges encountered in public health administration and related fields utilizing the software. * Log and track support tickets in the help desk software to monitor performed activities and generate reports. * Respond to tickets registered by internal and external clients in the help desk software, under proper technical supervision. * Respond to emails containing support requests directed to the company, under proper technical supervision. * Read official notices, technical bulletins, and regulatory ordinances issued by the Ministry of Health, State Health Secretariats, and Municipal Health Secretariats. **Requirements** * Intermediate computer literacy * Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) * Residency in **Manhuaçu/MG or nearby areas** * Experience in the healthcare sector **Position Details** * Employment type: Full-time — Permanent CLT contract * On-site work with possible travel requirements. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour-and-30-minute lunch break **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher * Meal voucher / Food allowance * Statewide health insurance plan with no co-payment * Dental and air-medical plans * Group life insurance * Gympass / WellHub membership * Bonus awarded every five years of employment * Discount on language courses.
