Learn more about how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues at DXC.com . **Key Responsibilities:** Participation in a strategic project led by the General Geotechnology Management team within the North Corridor and electrical areas, with a focus on ensuring correct execution, technical integration, and smooth field activities throughout detailed engineering, deployment, commissioning, and assisted operation phases. This professional will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating field supplier teams, ensuring technical adherence, safety, quality, and schedule compliance. They will be responsible for making technical decisions in the field, proactively identifying and removing impediments, mitigating risks, and resolving operational issues. They must ensure technical quality, cross-disciplinary integration, risk reduction, and overall project success—strengthening field execution and delivering business value. **What We Expect?** * ### **Bachelor's Degree in Engineering** * Solid field experience in the electrical domain, including ability to generate technical field reports as well as executive status reports for the project leader—ensuring transparency, traceability, and decision-making support. The candidate must be articulate, possess strong interpersonal skills, and seamlessly collaborate across involved teams—including Capital Projects, Technology (Connectivity, Infratech, Telecommunications, Hosting), Geotechnology Support, Operational Geotechnics, CMG, PCM, as well as suppliers and partners. Practical knowledge to instruct, guide, and validate activities related to facilities processes, automation, industrial installations, and field mobilization/demobilization, as well as risk and issue management. Responsibilities also include implementation of network, hosting, facilities, civil, and structural infrastructure projects—ensuring technical alignment with Vale standards and engineering best practices.
