




**Responsibilities:** · Conduct active prospecting of new customers for the B2B digital sales channel via telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; · Present products/services, understand customer needs, and offer suitable solutions; · Manage customer portfolio, ensuring follow\-ups and post\-sales relationship; · Negotiate commercial terms, such as pricing, delivery timelines, and payment methods. · Record interactions and opportunities in the CRM; · Achieve sales targets, daily call quotas, and performance indicators; · Support the marketing and post\-sales teams in integrated initiatives; · Participate in events and trade fairs to promote the B2B tool and its features, as well as generate new business opportunities; · Provide general assistance regarding B2B-related features. **Requirements:** · Prior experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, or inside sales; · Strong verbal and written communication skills; · Negotiation and persuasion abilities; · Organizational skills and routine management; · Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools. **Desirable:** · Experience in the sector; · Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in related fields. **Additional Information** Work modality: On\-site Salary: To be agreed upon Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:10 PM We offer: Breakfast, Food Basket, Transportation Allowance, and Health, Dental, and Pharmacy Benefit Plans.
