It also provides various steel-related services, including cutting and bending of reinforcing bars for civil construction, oxy-cutting of plates, plate rolling, and cutting and bending of plates. **Knowledge:** \* ERP systems; Database; Networks and basic infrastructure; Intermediate Office/Excel suite; End-user technical support; Incident management; Basic understanding of LGPD; Windows operating systems; Remote access tools; Process documentation \* Experience supporting multiple units; \* Knowledge of corporate ERP systems; \* Knowledge of SQL; \* Experience implementing systems; **Advantage:** Experience in industrial, retail, or logistics environments Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Selection process stages** * Resume screening * Interview with Human Resources * Interview with the department manager.
