Collaborate with the team to ensure proper operations **Position: General Services Assistant** **Location:** Belo Horizonte – MG **Work Model:** On-site **About the Position** We are seeking an organized, committed, and detail-oriented individual to join us as a General Services Assistant. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of facilities, ensuring the best experience for students and staff. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ **1\.595,00** (or internal minimum wage, if adjustment is desired) * **Transportation Benefit:** No payroll deduction * **Meal Allowance:** R$ **23,00/day** * **Hapvida Health Insurance Plan** * Birthday leave **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday:** * 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM **or** 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (according to unit schedule) **Weekends:** * 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM **or** 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Days Off:** Alternating Saturdays or Sundays **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and sanitization of indoor and outdoor studio areas (classrooms, reception, restrooms, changing rooms, hallways, and common areas). * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies. * Handle washing and organizing of towels, mats, and other studio equipment. * Maintain organization of storage rooms and support areas. * Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., light bulb replacement, general assistance). * Follow brand-specific cleaning standards and protocols. * Coordinate with Reception, Instructors, and Management to ensure smooth operational flow. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Agility and willingness to perform physical labor. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Prior experience in cleaning or facility maintenance is preferred.
