We encourage applications from Black people, people with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+ individuals, and/or people from different generations. #VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and duties** Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including profile analysis, resume screening, interviews, administering psychological assessments, and providing feedback to internal customers and candidates, aiming to achieve established goals in accordance with internal policies and practices; Support regional offices regarding departmental policies and practices to ensure compliance with internal processes; Support the onboarding of new department employees by delivering training and follow-up on techniques, practices, processes, and systems within the department, aiming to develop and train new employees; Conduct exit interviews to contribute to retention initiatives and improve people management practices; Perform profile analyses for internal transfers, applying psychological assessments and issuing technical opinions to ensure accuracy in the process; Support continuous improvement of the department by proposing and implementing enhancements to recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and definitions; Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workplace; Carry out other activities of equivalent complexity or responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (beyond the 6th semester) in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields. Desirable: 6 months of experience in this role.
