Additionally, we are committed to sustainable production of mineral fertilizers. The Production and Operations area employs the largest number of colleagues. It covers all operations at a fertilizer manufacturing or blending unit—from raw material handling to final product. **Position Description | Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Perform work safely and in accordance with YARA’s instructions, standards, and management principles; * Print and label packaging according to MAPA procedures and specifications; * Monitor received, consumed, and damaged packaging, maintaining physical inventory control; * Prepare trucks for loading, ensuring correct packaging quantities and truck compliance for loading; * Pack blended or straight products into bags using bagging machines; * Load blended or straight products into Big Bags; * Complete loading by securing the load with tarpaulin and sealing it, ensuring cargo integrity; * Verify correct weight per package and per production batch; inspect and ensure packaging quality for bagging; * Stack bags onto vehicles in organized batches aligned with total cargo volume; * Inspect and ensure quality of bagged products, promptly reporting any deviations to the immediate supervisor; * Clean and organize the plant and equipment, maintaining high housekeeping standards; * Secure and unsecure raw material boxes with tarpaulin, ensuring their quality and integrity; * Complete shift worksheets, reports, and safety checklists; * Report all safety non-conformities—including unsafe conditions, near misses, risky behaviors, and process safety issues; **Profile | Education and Knowledge** -------------------------------------- * Completed High School education. * Experience in Fertilizer Operations; * Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, curiosity, ownership mindset, commitment, and respect for diversity; * Availability for shift work; **Additional Information** -------------------------- At Yara, you will find an environment that values diversity and is open to welcoming individuals with disabilities, of all genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and diverse mindsets. **Contact Information** -------------------------- People & Culture. **Knowledge Cultivated Through Diversity** Yara is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and takes pride in being an employer that offers equal opportunities to all.
