




Job Summary: Professional to execute and manage the absorption costing methodology, close monthly costs, structure project-based costing, support budgeting and forecasting, and develop management reports. Advanced Excel proficiency and Business Intelligence tools **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and ensure correct application of the absorption costing methodology, including allocation of direct and indirect costs, definition of allocation bases, and reconciliation between accounting and managerial views. * Lead the monthly cost closing process, ensuring data integrity, accounting reconciliations, system validations, and variance analysis (budget vs. actual; actual vs. forecast). * Structure and monitor project- and contract-based costs, ensuring traceability by cost center, cost nature, and cost object, as well as margin and profitability analysis. * Support budget and forecast preparation and review together with FP&A, providing technical assumptions, cost modeling, and financial driver analysis. * Develop, maintain, and enhance management reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Proven experience in industrial costing, controller functions, and monthly accounting closing. * Practical knowledge of absorption costing, indirect cost allocation, and accounting reconciliations. * Advanced Excel * Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI, Power Query, and automation. * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS) and cost center, account, and cost object modeling is desirable. * Preferred: experience in project/contract costing and knowledge of data analysis support languages (Python or R).
