The professional will be responsible for ensuring the application of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles in all project phases—from development through field execution. This position offers the opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team with a strong focus on technical excellence, risk management, and team leadership in a dynamic and challenging environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Act as a technical support point for the HSE Manager and Project Manager, supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate HSE requirements. * Coordinate and supervise the field Safety Technicians team, ensuring alignment with project objectives. * Develop and implement risk management tools, incident control procedures, and emergency response plans. * Conduct analysis and validation of design criteria and HSE technical documentation, ensuring integration of safety concepts into engineering solutions. * Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, conducting audits and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Support planning and execution of critical activities by conducting operational risk assessments. * Represent the company during visits, inspections, and external audits, including government agencies. * Ensure compliance with environmental licensing and safety requirements applicable to projects. * Promote a safety culture among teams through training and effective technical communication. **Requirements** * **Education:** Engineering degree with specialization in Occupational Safety. * **Active CREA (PA) registration** or authorization to practice professionally in the state. * **Minimum experience:** 5 years in HSE management in industrial construction projects. * **Solid knowledge in:** * Brazilian regulations and standards related to Health, Safety, and Environment; * Contractor management and legal compliance; * Risk analysis and control tools; * Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Essential Skills:** * Technical leadership and team coordination; * Clear and concise communication (oral and written); * Decision-making and problem-solving ability. **Additional Information** * **Work location:** Barcarena (PA) – on-site residency regime. * **Availability:** Full-time, with field operations. * **Expected duration:** 12 months, with possible extension depending on project progress.
