




GBS Net, a growing telecommunications company with over 200 employees and strong presence in Pará, is seeking an HR Coordinator to structure the HR department from scratch and support the company's sustainable growth. Rhello RH is supporting the recruitment and selection process. Key challenges of the role * Structure the HR department from scratch, aligning people with company strategy. * Lead the HR team (initially 1 HR assistant, with plans for expansion). * Implement recruitment, selection, training, workplace climate, and engagement policies. * Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, mediating conflicts and supporting management decisions. * Conduct managerial hires and terminations when necessary. * Develop HR metrics that support company goals. Requirements * Completed bachelor's degree (Psychology preferred; Administration, HR Management or related fields also accepted). * Previous experience in HR coordination or management roles. * Experience structuring HR processes and policies within growing companies. * Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and perform under pressure. * Availability for 100% on-site work in Belém/PA, with occasional travel to Tomé\-Açu.
