**Activities:** Responsible for handling remote and on-site customer requests, as well as conducting installations, uninstallations, testing, certifications, and incident resolution causing unavailability in environments, including structured cabling (fiber optic, UTP, and coaxial) and logical equipment configurations. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in telecommunications, IT, or related field; Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system installation; Networking knowledge; Knowledge of structured cabling (fiber optic, UTP, and coaxial) and telecom troubleshooting; Desirable knowledge of cabling equipment usage (OTDR, Power Meter, etc.); Intermediate English \- (will be tested); Previous experience in data center environments is desirable.
