Conduct training sessions and field days **Job Description:** ---------------------- Plan and execute technical assistance activities and demand generation for cooperative members with moderate autonomy, delivering technical recommendations, agronomic prescriptions, crop planning, input sales, and participation in technical and financial projects, aiming to optimize productive and commercial results and contribute to the sustainable development of cooperative members. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Agricultural Engineering. Desirable: Pursuing a specialization in the field. **Preferred Requirements:** -------------------------- Intermediate knowledge of processes and routines within the area of operation, requiring minimal supervision. Knowledge of major crops. Valid MOPP course certificate. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
