




Job Summary: Responsible for managing the service order portfolio, scheduling orders to maximize resources and meet requirements related to cost, safety, environment, production, and maintenance. Development of shutdown schedules and reports JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the service order portfolio pending scheduling. Must schedule services to achieve maximum utilization of human, material, and auxiliary resources, based on short-, medium-, and long-term planning. Must comply with requirements related to cost, safety, environment, production, and maintenance, thereby contributing to achieving equipment and facility physical availability and reliability targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED: Schedule execution of periodic preventive maintenance plans; * Monitor service order closure and scheduling; * Ensure implementation of the shutdown program; * Develop equipment shutdown schedules in MS Project with release dates, according to daily scheduling; * Ensure material availability for inspections together with the procurement officer during administrative hours; * Monitor daily service execution reports; * Coordinate weekly and daily scheduling meetings; * Develop shutdown scheduling, including monthly planning breakdown + inspection backlog + operational requests (backlog "AGPRG"); * Provide the preparer with a list of materials required for D+1 scheduling execution (minimum 6-hour predictability); * Forward the service list + printed service orders for execution; * Schedule necessary resources for service execution; * Minimum predictability of 24 hours; * Desired predictability of 72 hours; * Ensure updates to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); * Participate in monthly planning meetings; * Coordinate shutdown scheduling meetings; * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly routine tasks. * (cleaning, auxiliary equipment, and tools); * Monitor equipment testing. * Update the computerized maintenance control system. · Schedule and execute assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures and substructures. · Prepare monitoring and control reports for lubrication, fuels, materials, etc. * Willingness to reside in Currais Novos / RN.
