Description: Required: * Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Automation, Electronics or related fields, or Bachelor's degree; * Driver's license Category B; * Active registration with the professional council; * Proficiency in Office Suite; * Experience in Asset Maintenance; Desirable: * Knowledge of EquipMaint Maintenance Management Software; * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Administration or related fields; * Experience in SE; * Experience in team leadership/management. Job Mission: Supervise the team(s) within the area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and internal processes, proposing improvements in alignment with the Maintenance Project Manager, Engineering, Health and Safety, and other administrative and support areas, in order to guarantee the highest quality in service delivery. Responsibilities: * Plan, supervise and guide team activities to ensure safety, work quality, adherence to deadlines, goals and established indicators, as well as identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes; * Be responsible for the execution of asset maintenance plans carried out by in-house or outsourced teams, complying with and enforcing internal procedures. Identify deviations and implement necessary actions to achieve compliance, allocate required resources, and keep the Maintenance Management System updated with information from service execution, ensuring operational availability of assets; * Monitor the commissioning and reception process of new equipment, coordinating team activities while verifying compliance with the work plan, aiming to obtain approval for operational startup; * Be responsible for developing and managing action plans to fulfill service requests recorded in the Maintenance Management System, monitoring resolutions and updating their status to resolve anomalies identified during O&M routines; * Ensure proper use and preservation of tools and maintenance instruments at the facilities, aiming to maintain company safety and assets; * Supervise emergency responses, executing and guiding the team in conducting special inspections at the facilities, identifying causes of automatic shutdowns and reporting incidents to management, in order to restore equipment operation as quickly as possible; * Be responsible for receiving materials and equipment, controlling, organizing, cleaning and maintaining spare parts in good condition, complying with established procedures and implementing storage condition improvements, aiming to keep inventory in optimal usable condition; * Operate company vehicles, complying with traffic laws and fleet policies, ensuring safety, asset care, and protecting COTESA’s and the client’s image; * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures, keeping safety documentation up to date, supervising correct usage and maintenance of PPE and collective protection equipment, proactively monitoring activities, identifying risk situations, and proposing control measures to SESMT, to safeguard health and safety of team members; * Be responsible for preparing monthly and technical reports, following and guiding the team to adhere to engineering-established standards, meeting contractual deadlines and legal requirements; * Provide technical information regarding equipment and system failures and performance, reporting specific details to support analysis by Engineering specialists; * Be responsible for acknowledging operational events during working hours when notified by Operations (such as automatic shutdowns, systemic fluctuations, high-severity alarms, etc.), taking local actions requested by Operations to ensure maximum asset availability; * Supervise the execution of local operations and, when necessary, perform them personally at remotely controlled facilities during loss of remote operation, following network procedures, operational routines and local operation instructions, aiming to ensure maximum asset availability; * Be responsible for maintaining civil infrastructure facilities, ensuring adequate structural conditions for proper activity development; * Be responsible for receiving and supporting visits and audits from external agencies as directed by immediate supervisor, responding to requests and presenting documents to demonstrate compliance with legal requirements according to established regulations; * Manage local administrative/financial/accounting cash flow, following financial administrative procedures, issuing input and output reports supported by invoices, to meet local demands and maintain adequate levels of available financial resources; * Be responsible for fostering good relationships among accessing and accessed parties, aiming to fulfill operational agreements and facility sharing arrangements, promoting maximum cooperation between parties; * Maintain positive relationships with landowners and asset owners, reporting to the contract manager any potential embargoes or pending land issues, ensuring unrestricted access for service execution; * Promote good relations with the client's local team, aligning service demands arising from client requests with internal operational needs; * Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, supervising and guiding the team to meet current environmental legislation and programs derived from project licensing; * Contribute to the development and implementation of Contingency Plans and/or Emergency Response Plans and/or Dam Safety Plans, following internal procedures, identifying deviations, implementing necessary corrective actions and allocating required resources to ensure operational functionality and safety of personnel and facilities; * Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications, following internal procedures, to support contracting of specialized services; * Monitor departmental indicators, identifying weaknesses and discrepancies, proposing corrective actions and reviewing periodic reports, to improve area processes and support strategic decision-making; * Contribute to the preparation and review of the annual budget by analyzing department data, tracking and forecasting annual expenses/costs, suggesting adjustments to meet planned objectives and optimize company resources; * Be responsible for team personnel management, conducting regular meetings, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying development needs and sharing knowledge, to ensure goal achievement, promote team training, interpersonal relationships and continuous improvement in workplace climate;
