This person will be responsible for email marketing strategy and operations, covering everything from editorial planning to performance analysis—with an ongoing focus on relationship building, engagement, and conversion. ⠀ **Key responsibilities include:** **Content Planning** * Manage the monthly editorial calendar * Organize newsletters, lead-nurturing workflows, and one-off campaigns * Plan content aligned with the customer journey * Content Creation and Copywriting **Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy** * Develop creative and strategic communications * Support brand communication development * Operations and Automation **Build and deploy email marketing workflows and campaigns** * Segment lead databases * Support campaign execution and marketing automation * Monitoring and Optimization **Conduct frequent tests to improve performance** * Monitor email marketing KPIs * Identify trends and optimization opportunities * Analytics and Reporting **Track campaign metrics and results** * Prepare performance reports * Support data-driven strategic decisions Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Languages, or related fields (in progress or completed) * Excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language * Knowledge of email marketing, inbound methodology, and lead nurturing * Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello * Strong organizational and analytical abilities * Creative mindset with attention to detail **Advantages** * Experience with HubSpot * Background in the SaaS or e-commerce industry * Experience in copywriting and marketing automation **IMPORTANT:** Portfolio showcasing writing/copywriting samples is mandatory.
