Job Summary: Develop and support robots for process automation, identify improvements, and assist in system governance. Key Highlights: 1. Our purpose is "To feel and spread GRATITUDE."** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and support RPA bots for systems development and process automation; * Implement on-demand functionalities; * Identify automation opportunities and improvements in existing processes; * Assist in system governance; * Participate in team meetings and contribute technical solution ideas; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or related fields; * Knowledge of systems development; * Understanding of lean code principles; * Experience with process automation using RPA is a plus; * Must reside in Itapema or nearby areas. **Compensation:** Between R$3.000,00 and R$4.500,00 (based on experience) + benefits package after the probationary period (90 days).
