Develop complex backend and frontend features. Define, implement, and review technical standards and development best practices. Implement scalable, versioned, and secure REST APIs. Optimize performance, scalability, and database queries. Integrate systems with external services and automation. Conduct code reviews and ensure delivered code quality. Handle critical incidents and provide advanced production system support. Provide technical guidance to the team, mentoring junior and mid-level developers. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Solid 4–6+ years of fullstack development experience working on complex systems, digital products, or SaaS environments. Proficiency in Laravel and PHP. Solid experience with React and JavaScript. Knowledge of Python. Advanced SQL and database optimization. Development and consumption of REST APIs. Use of Git for source code version control. Experience with Docker. Familiarity with cloud computing and CI/CD pipelines. Experience operating in critical production environments. Attention to information security and secure development best practices. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with Flutter or mobile development.
