RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, providing basic guidance according to protocol. Perform initial triage of incidents and record all call details in the system. Identify the type of incident and refer it to medical regulation when necessary. Maintain communication with the customer service team, ambulances, medical regulators, and the medical department. Monitor and update data for ongoing incidents in the system. Ensure confidentiality of data and proper organization of call records. Previous experience as a Medical Regulation Assistant, Health Regulation Technician, Medical Regulation Analyst, or Health Regulation Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
