Inventory monitoring and optimization JOYn RH is a recruitment-focused consulting firm that hires top talent for our clients across Brazil and worldwide. **About the position:** We are looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive professional to work in the PCP area, supporting production planning, control, and monitoring. **Main responsibilities:** * Create and maintain detailed production schedules, considering delivery deadlines, market demand, and available resources; * Monitor production progress to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery throughout the entire production cycle—from initial planning to final product delivery; * Maintain constant communication with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics departments to align activities and adjust plans as needed; * Issue production orders, ensuring clarity of information and availability of all required resources; * Track production progress against the established plan, identify potential deviations, and implement corrective actions when necessary; * Update production plans in response to changes in market demand, customer order modifications, or other variables impacting the production process; * Present production reports and data to managers—including the Production Manager for more strategic activities—providing insights and analyses to support informed decision-making; * Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to prevent excesses or shortages, optimizing associated costs; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in this role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with electrical/industrial sector products Benefits: * Food basket * Uniform * On-site meals (buffet with R$1.76 daily discount) * Full health and dental insurance (effective after 90 days) * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Monthly performance bonus
