Will work on continuous improvement, standardization, and Lean tool implementation projects, and provide support to operational areas to achieve performance targets. **Key Responsibilities:** Map, analyze, and redesign processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. Develop and maintain technical documentation (flowcharts, work instructions, procedures). Support and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and action plans. Participate in continuous improvement projects. Conduct capacity studies, line balancing, and layout analysis. Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and quality standards. Train users and teams on newly defined processes and standards. **What We Expect From You:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial), or related fields. Experience in industrial process analysis and improvement. Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PDCA, Kaizen, 5S). Proficiency with process mapping software and ERP systems.
