Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing export documents, assembling documents for customs clearance, analyzing tax classification, and obtaining freight quotations. Key Highlights: 1. Freight quotation with shipping lines and customers Experience in preparing export documents \- Invoice/Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin, booking confirmation), assembling documents for initiating customs clearance procedures with relevant authorities (MAPA/RFB), analyzing and verifying dispatch instruction documentation including product tax classification; obtaining freight quotations from shipping lines and customers.
