Job Summary: We are seeking a Tender Analyst to work in the commercial area at Tecnoponto, responsible for conducting and monitoring public and private tender processes. Key Highlights: 1. Deadline management and monitoring of results **Position: Tender Assistant\nLocation: Tecnoponto – Curitiba/PR** **Employment Type: CLT – On-site / Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **About the position:** We are seeking a Tender Analyst to work in the commercial area at Tecnoponto. This professional will be responsible for conducting and monitoring public and private tender processes, ensuring all stages are executed with quality and within deadlines. **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze tender documents and prepare required documentation for participation in tenders; * Prepare commercial and technical proposals according to tender requirements; * Register and update documents on public and private procurement platforms; * Monitor electronic and in-person auctions; * Manage deadlines for certificates, contracts, and mandatory documents; * Monitor tender results and file appeals when necessary; * Prepare performance reports for the department. **Requirements:** * Prior experience with tenders; * Knowledge of electronic auction platforms; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency in analyzing tender documents and preparing proposals; * Ability to manage deadlines and administrative routines; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.500,00 per month
