Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and internet support for shop owners in a shopping mall environment—ideal for curious individuals and technology enthusiasts. Experience in networking and IT infrastructure **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and providing internet support to shopping mall shop owners. **What do you need to join our team?** Prior experience in this field is considered a plus; however, if you are curious, passionate about technology, and eager to learn and grow, this opportunity is also for you. **Technical Knowledge:** * Routers, modems, switches, telephone systems (PABX), antennas, and structured cabling. * Configuration of Wi-Fi networks, VoIP, and internet links. * Twisted-pair cable (UTP/STP). * Connectors and terminations: RJ-45: Standard connector for network (Ethernet) cables. * Keystone Jack RJ-45: Used in patch panels or wall outlets. * Fiber optic connectors: SC, LC, ST, FC. * Fiber pigtails and optical adapters.
