Inventory control and document organization We are hiring a Senior Procurement Assistant to support material and service procurement processes. The professional will conduct supplier research and negotiation, issue and track purchase orders, manage inventory, and organize documentation. **Responsibilities:** \- Research and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery lead time; \- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules; \- Issue purchase orders and monitor status until final delivery; \- Assist in inventory control and material replenishment; \- Organize documents such as purchase orders, contracts, and invoices; \- Evaluate supplier performance. **Requirements:** \- Completed bachelor's degree or technical course in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Experience in procurement within the industrial sector; \- Strong communication and negotiation skills; \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, adherence to deadlines (mandatory), and proactivity; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on Excel); \- Experience with import quotations and knowledge of invoice entry procedures; \- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Benefits:** * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Birthday day off **Education:** * Completed higher education (Mandatory) Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
