Conducts cable laying, installs hardware, and adapts networks on utility poles and roadways. Works at heights, in trenches, and under various infrastructure conditions, handling the physical aspects of the network. Supports cable splicers and performs other infrastructure-related tasks. * Requirements * Proactivity, courtesy, cordiality, and strong communication skills * Proven experience (documented in work record) * Completed high school education * Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM * Weekly workload: 44 hours **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: R$ 1\.784,44 * Hazard pay allowance: 30% (R$ 535,33\) * Meal voucher: R$ 29,40 * Transportation allowance
